Raised on a ranch in California, Ashley Sogge developed early lessons in resilience, community, and stewardship that continue to inspire her commitment to conservation and leadership. With nearly two decades of experience across the military, non-profit, technology, and financial sectors, she has led global teams in some of the world’s most complex environments, advancing human rights and expanding opportunities for women to lead in high-stakes, high-impact arenas.
Ashley’s professional journey spans U.S. Army Special Operations to humanitarian technology, where she has directed large-scale, cross-border initiatives delivering measurable impact in Ukraine, Syria, and Yemen.
She also volunteers as a project manager with Clean Water Corps, leading efforts to provide sustainable, reliable clean drinking water to remote communities and post-natural disaster zones. Ashley holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BA from the University of Portland. She is a devoted aunt to eight nieces and nephews; a generation she hopes will inherit a world rich in opportunity and a commitment to nurturing wild places.
